Ahmed Fateen is a senior legal counsel at Salman Alhammadi & Co. He holds a law degree and an L.L.M. in International Commercial Law from the English section of Mansoura University, and he is a qualified Egyptian lawyer. He is currently a PhD candidate in Commercial and Maritime Law.
He has built substantial experience in litigation throughout his career, working on a wide range of criminal, civil, and commercial disputes across most emirates. His background includes handling complex contentious matters from both the litigation and advisory sides, giving him a well-rounded understanding of dispute strategy and case preparation.
Before joining Salman Alhammadi & Co., he worked first as a Legal Associate and later as Legal Counsel at a French law firm with a strong international presence. In that role, he was involved in litigation and corporate matters, including cross-border disputes, international legal issues, regulatory compliance, and arbitration-related work before the DIFC Courts and DIAC.
His litigation practice is shaped by experience across multiple jurisdictions and legal systems, and he is recognized for his approach, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex situations precisely and swiftly.
