Martin Kraeter

Martin Kraeter is the CEO and Founder of MCI CLT Group, bringing over 4 decades of hands-on experience across corporate finance, venture capital, law, tax advisory and international business development. Martin has built a career defined by entrepreneurial drive and cross-border expertise, spanning Europe, the Middle East and Asia. He is the driving force behind one of the region’s most comprehensive corporate services providers. 

Holding a law degree from Ludwig Maximilian University, Martin has built deep expertise across multilateral taxation, double taxation avoidance (DTAA), Base Erosion and Profit Sharing (BEPS), Economic Substance Regulations (ESR) and International compliance frameworks set by the OECD and FATF. His legal and tax work spans some of the complex cross-border jurisdictions, advising corporations and high-net-worth individuals on structuring, governance, and regulatory compliance across the GCC, Europe and Asia, 

Beyond advisory, Martin has served hands-on as external CLO, CFO and CSO for multiple corporations, overseeing treasury, banking, escrow arrangements, M&A transactions and joint ventures. He has acted as appointed legal representative, trustee and negotiator for a wide range of local and international companies across industries including real estate, technology, construction and finance.
