Monther Al Hammadi

Monther Al Hammadi is a UAE-qualified advocate and the founding partner of Monther Al Hammadi Advocates & Legal Consultants, based in Abu Dhabi. Called to practice in 2009 following his graduation from the University of Sharjah, Monther has built over fifteen years of continuous courtroom practice across the UAE's legal system, an experience that few practitioners can match in both depth and geographic reach. He is registered to appear before all UAE courts, investigation centres, public prosecution offices and police stations, and regularly conducts proceedings across all seven emirates.

He has advised and represented a leading UAE marine services company in a cargo shipment dispute before the Sharjah Courts with a claim value of USD 30 million, advised a prominent investment company on shareholder and corporate contracts disputes valued at USD 45 million, assisted a major UAE property developer in high-value real estate litigation before the Superior Courts, and acted for an international group in arbitration proceedings at the Dubai International Arbitration Centre.
