Yosra Wageeh

Yosra supports the firm's litigation practice across several practices including: civil, real estate, criminal, and labour matters before the Dubai courts. Her work includes preparing case files and court bundles, conducting legal and case-law research to support pleadings and memoranda, drafting and translating procedural documents in Arabic and English, and tracking filings, hearing dates, and service of process (including Tableegh notifications). She liaises with clients, experts, and court departments to ensure matters progress in accordance with UAE procedural requirements, and assists the firm's advocates in preparing for hearings and submissions.
